How To Activate Call Waiting?

Steps to enable, disable, and check the status of the Call Waiting service feature.

If you do not have call waiting enabled, and someone tries to call you while you are already on another call, the person trying to call you will be put through to your voicemail directly. If your callers tell you that they have gone straight to your voicemail, (and your phone was switched on and in coverage), it may be that you have not activated Call Waiting.

What is Call Waiting?
Call Waiting is a feature that notifies you while you are currently engaged on a call that another caller is trying to call you (and is waiting). At this point, you can chose to place first call on hold to answer the incoming call.

Using Call Waiting
To use Call Waiting, dial the relevant code on your mobile phone's keypad.
